Galarian Ponyta's first Lottery! And she's a star of it! So many items with her on it and so many good items of her - this could be her only lottery ever and I would be happy with that. Gave us some of her best items - Glittering Domes AND possibly the best Ponyta plush to date!
In usual Ichiban Kuji fashion, the prize list for this was announced long before we got any pictures, so I had many months to imagine and dream about what the plush would look like and what the other items would look like! But January finally came, and I was able to get a full set of this, which even included all the materials you see in shops when you go to buy tickets for these lotteries - the tickets, the displays, the posters, even the stickers used to mark items which had been won already! Amazing! I'll picture those one day, but for now enjoy all the official items in this lottery collection!
Prize A: Shining Dome Light
This is such a lovely item! IT's made of plastic, but the sculpt inside of Ponyta and Pikachu is flawless to be honest. It lights up in three colours - yellow, green, and pink. You can either set it to switch between those three, or stay on one of those colours by itself!
Prize B: Plush
This is really the star of the lottery right here, and possibly the best plush of Ponyta alongside the HELLO PONYTA plush as well. It isn't mochi like the HP one, but it is made of such soft materials and is wonderfully sewn, in terms of both quality and proportion. If you don't have one and love this unicorn, get one. JUST GET ONE!
Prize D: Glass Cup
I was terribly worried this would break in transit, to be honest. But it didn't! Thankfully!
Just a simple cup with the artwork of Pikachu riding on Ponyta - how sweet!
Prize D: Glass Plate
Another item to use for knickknack storage! This is a very, very small plate, so you really couldn't eat off of it, so I see no other use for it.
Be careful if you get one of these as well - the pattern is printed on the bottom, so you might unknowingly scratch it just moving it around! Oh no!
Prize E: Clearfile
And now we get into the less than awesome items from this lottery, starting with stationery goods!
Not that I don't love the artwork but it's very obvious they just, pasted this artwork all over every one of the stationery, and textile, goods. It's become such a trend with recent lotteries which disappoints me greatly but, well what can you do?
Prize E: B6 Notebook
A note book that is slightly different from the above clearfile! Just what I always wanted!
At least Ponyta is in the center. Little angel! <3
Prize E: Masking TApe with Tin
The best stationery item by far, a roll of masking tape that comes in a tin! Unusual, really - Japan loves their masking/washi tapes, but I barely ever see them come in tins!
But I'm glad this one came in a tin, it's SO cute and just the perfect size! SOSOSO sweet!
Prize F: Drawstring Bags
These seem to be a sort of, fake satin looking material? Very shiny!
One drawstring bag matches the clearfile and notebook above, but someone got so risky with the second and even put FLOWERS and OTHER THINGS on it! WILD!
Prize F: Hand Towels
Ponyta was on all but one of the hand towel in this lottery - my goodness!
Again, wow so risky with the extra flowers on like 2 of these. Better slow down there, designer! How dare you do something anywhere near different to the default artwork set up!
Prize G: Metal Charm
I very much love this charm! It's not the BEST quality charm of Ponyta out there, but the artwork is very nice and it's just of Ponyta which I highly appreciate! A perfect addition to any itabag, I assure you!
Last One Prize: Shining Dome Light (Special Silver Version)
This is the same as Prize A, but with a silver crown and white base!
Last one prizes are prizes one by the person who pulls the last ticket in the box f a lottery...or by the person like me who just buys the whole set like a CHEATER! But I have to since you know, the lotteries are only sold in Japan anyway. HAVE MERCY!
