Galarian Ponyta's first ever Pokémon Center Collection, which included many firsts for out lovely unicorn - first plush, first figure strap, first standee! So many of them are all from this gorgeous collection!
To be honest, I remember being very nervous that ponyta wouldn't get a plush in this collection but low and behold, on March 19th we got the first pictures of the gorgeous mascot plush! And just look at the artwork! Everything!! SO GORGEOUS!!
Mascot Plush
The very first plush! I love this plush so much that I have 3 of them - it fits perfectly in the palm of your hand, the mane and tail are fluffy, there are loads of FLOWERS!! What more could you want?
Acrylic Standee Keychain
I was really hoping that each Pokémon in this collection would get their own standee, since it's a bit of a trend to make either a big standee depicting the main artwork of a collection. And my wish was granted!!! This is very very well made, and our course comes with a golden chain in case you want to hang it on a bag or something.
Figure Strap
Ok look, no you aren't seeing things, it did take me almost a year to get this strap AFTER this collection came out! but FINALLY I got one!
These are decently difficult to come by on Mercari, and were even at the time of release, but I will readily admit that I was lazy and did not purchase one when I probably should have and let it go so long that I did actually have a difficult time finding one! BUT, I got one, here she is, and WOW she is gorgeous, and much bigger than I anticipated!
Mug with Lid
Being that I live in a UK, I tend to amass large amounts of mugs for the purpose of drinking hot drinks, namely tea. And coffee. To be honest I drink them both pretty much equally.
I digress! When I found out this collection was to have a mug I naturally bought one for my collection....then later bought one for personal use. It's a lovely mug, solidly crafted BUT, it is rather small for me.
Than again maybe I drink too much tea and coffee!
Egg Shaped Tin with Chocolate
Okay look. I buy many multiples. In this case I definitely don't feel guilty since this is food, and if tomorrow the grocery stores all close down at least I have some little sweeties hidden away in these tin eggs.
I love tins so much and I was so chuffed that you could display Ponyta on one side without seeing many of the other characters. Unicorn Easter Egg!!
Cookie Bag
A bag of cookies! These cookies are rather nice but the filling is a bit strange - it's supposed to be a sort of vanilla custard cream, but it has more of a gelatin texture to me! Either way, very nice!
I ended up with two of these sort of as an accident - I realised that I could get the April postcard featuring Galarian Ponyta if I made an order from the Pokémon Center, and at that point none of the items I wanted extras of were in stock so I just ordered another one of these! At least it allowed me to take a photo showing the cookie!
Memo in Book-Shaped Case
Little memos in a book! Very cute to place on your desktop, and filled with very cute little memos to write things on! There is even a little ribbon near where the clasp should be!
Ringed Notepad
These are actually much bigger than you would think - one fits in my palm! I could almost use it as my handy-dandy notebook if I wanted!
Die-Cut Memo
Another cute set of memos! Add even more cheer to your office work with these!
I do love how they are differing sizes so you can see all of the memos in the box. <3
Clearfile Set
This picture doesn't truly do it justice, but this is a fantastic set of clearfiles. The front of the other has the argyle pattern seen on much of the other collection's merchandise...and now come to think of it, the same argyle pattern is on the back, pictured in this photo.
I thought I'd leave that bit of commentary in rather than change it so you can understand my thought process when trying to caption loads of items that are similar. :P
Sticker Sheet
Blindingly glittery! These are a sticker collector's dream, and each Pokémon in the collection gets their own stickers!
And of course, our unicorn is in the center of the entire thing. Okay almost, the eggs are probably the real center but who's looking at those?
Hand Towel
Soft nice hand towel. I don't really like the purple label on the bottom left though, I feel like that would really get in the way, and over time tear off, possibly damaging the rest of the hand towel. And that's why I generally don't use my collection items.
Masking Tape set of 3
I feel like I would be a person that would really get into washi and masking tapes, but for some reason I just haven't really done it yet. Don't know why! Maybe one day that will change!
The Scorbunny/Pikachu inserts in the center are, of course, more memos.
